On occasions such as quotation requests and confirmations, customer surveys or bookings, this means that you provide some form of information to Åkulla Outdoor Resort. Åkulla Outdoor Resort saves your personal information for up to seven years.  

Your rights

You have the right to request information at any time (free of charge once a year) about what personal data we have stored about you. Your request must be in writing and signed by hand and contain information about name and social security number. We need this to ensure that we disclose the information to the right person.

Send your request for extract from the register, information or correction of incorrect information to:  Åkulla Outdoor Resort AB,  Åkulla Friluftsgård, 432 97 Rolfstorp. The information will be sent to your population registration address.

If your information at Åkulla Outdoor Resort is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected. We can not delete information that constitutes public documents or when there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules. We can also not delete data when there are legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts.
